Describe your biggest win at CSS Professional Staffing Group.

I would say finding the perfect direct-hire placement for a huge client of ours!

What is the biggest lesson you have learned at CSS?

To never give up. There have been multiple times I started to doubt if I’ll be able to fill a role and then I find the perfect candidate and it turns out to be a great success

In what areas have you grown the most professionally at CSS PSG and how have you seen CSS PSG grow as a whole during your time here?

I think my confidence has greatly improved since starting with CSS shortly after graduating college, specifically handling niche job orders and taking meetings with clients. I’ve also seen PSG expand in the types of positions we support and the number of clients we have in different industries.

What’s a tactic you use to unwind and recalibrate in the middle of the day to refocus and lock into your afternoon?

I typically take my dog for a walk or sit on my porch to take a quick break and reset during the day.

What is your secret to staying organized and on top of your work?

Definitely to-do lists and my Outlook folders.

What culturally stands out about the CSS PSG team that breeds success?

Connecting with so many people and hearing the excitement candidates have when I extend an offer.

If you could open a CSS headquarters anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I think Switzerland would be cool because of all the beautiful places there.

A quote to live by and why it matters to you?

“It’s your road and yours alone others may walk it with you, but no one can walk it for you” – Rumi. My mom always taught me the importance of being independent and I feel like this perfectly summarizes that.

If you could be featured on a song of any musical artist, who would it be and why?

P!nk because I’ve been a fan my whole life.

What’s your favorite way to say goodbye (FINAL QUESTION)?

Irish goodbye.
