Describe your biggest win at CSS Professional Staffing Group.
Getting into a life sciences company who usually doesn’t utilize agencies, but needed the perfect candidate for the Sr. Executive Assistant to their CEO.
In what areas have you grown the most professionally at CSS PSG and how have you seen CSS PSG grow as a whole during your time here?
I’ve gained more confidence over the phone and getting out to meet clients in person. It has been extremely helpful forming relationships internally and externally, rather than a transactional approach of the sale. I’ve only been here a short amount of time, but I think we’ve grown in a positive way by getting the team together in person each quarter, and overall collaboration between both recruiting and sales.
What’s a tactic you use to unwind and recalibrate in the middle of the day to refocus and lock into your afternoon?
A walk outside during lunch is key! Nothing better than some fresh air.
What’s a go-to tool (scheduling, writing, organizing, media, etc.) that makes your life easier from day to day (the more obscure, the more interesting!)
Definitely couldn’t get through without sales nav & the zoom info chrome extension that directly exports everything about the account & contacts into salesforce by the click of a button. Also my notebook and calendar because I still hand-write everything and take notes during meetings & calls!
What culturally stands out about the CSS PSG team that breeds success?
Everyone on the team wants you to win. My teammates are always there to help, role play, join a meeting, or figure out a difficult client or situation. We all support each other both personally and professionally, and it makes everyday that much more enjoyable. We celebrate the small wins.
If you could open a CSS headquarters anywhere in the world, where would it be?
South Florida, of course!

I have many quotes that are important to me, but one of my favorites is: “Your past is your best asset” – I think its important to never forget where you came from and what got you to where you are now, and use it as a motivator to continue to push forward and grow. The experiences and life lessons will always continue

Definitely Rihanna, I just love her and her energy. She’s amazing

I’m a hugger for sure, and I like to say see you later or see you soon, rather than a full goodbye!
