CSS partnered with an insurance client where they were responsible for staffing classes of unlicensed & licensed agents for their annual open enrollment. Their requirements range from 800-1000 employees needed within a season.

CSS formed an Account Management Team to exclusively work on this client’s project staffing needs. The team consisted of a Lead Account Manager, Recruitment Manager, and Recruiters. They agreed to SLA’s with our client and executed on our deliverables daily. They had calls with the client two times per week, to provide updates on positions, fills and our SLA’s.


CSS had a dedicated Account Management Team who would help partner with our customer to provide a positive onboarding experience, training experience and quality check the talent on assignment. Providing a positive candidate experience from the recruitment and interview process, through the onboarding and training process, contributing to effective production.
