Describe your biggest win at CSS Professional Staffing Group.
Winning the CSS Rookie of the Year Award!
Describe a difficult situation you’ve been in with a hiring manager (challenges the hiring manager was facing in their job search) and how you turned that challenge into a win.
The Hiring Manager was struggling to interview for high-volume roles. We worked with them and adapted our screening process to help lessen their work.
In what areas have you grown the most professionally at CSS PSG and how have you seen CSS PSG grow as a whole during your time here?
The growth in my knowledge of the industry and the market.
What professional accomplishments are you most proud of achieving YTD and why?
Achieving President’s club for 2022. There was a clear goal and hit it.
What’s a tactic you use to unwind and recalibrate in the middle of the day to refocus and lock into your afternoon?
Walk with my yellow lab Skylar.
What’s a go-to tool (scheduling, writing, organizing, media, etc.) that makes your life easier from day to day (the more obscure, the more interesting!)
I use my “The Office” trivia calendar as sticky notes so they’re dated.
What culturally stands out about the CSS PSG team that breeds success?
The quick team huddles/meetings allow for collaboration on strategy.
If you could work remotely for a whole year from three different places, where would they be and why?
Aruba – it’s beautiful and doesn’t get bad weather.
Duck, NC – We go there during summer, but it’s also still fun in winter.
Clearwater Beach, FL – great weather year-round.
If you could only drive one car for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
A GMC Sierra. My first car was a ’95 Sierra and I loved it.

What’s one piece of advice you’d tell yourself five years in the past with the knowledge you have now?
Learn everything you can from everyone around you.
Do you speak another language? If not, what language would you like to be able to speak?
I do not. I wish I could speak Spanish.
