Describe your biggest win at CSS Professional Staffing Group.
Meeting coworkers and clients who have become like family.
In what areas have you grown the most professional at CSS PSG and how have you seen CSS PSG grow as a whole during your time here?
I’ve grown the most in emotional intelligence and in cultivating meaningful business relationships by truly understanding my clients’ needs and pain points, rather than just engaging in transactional selling. Additionally, I’ve developed my ability to be a leader and a positive influence on others.
During my time at CSS PSG, I’ve witnessed significant growth within the company. Our recruitment and sales tenure have been exceptional, with many familiar faces remaining since I first joined. It’s been a pleasure to see numerous promotions and career advancements, such as recruiters and account executives progressing to director roles, and Evan and Alyssa’s journeys from director to managing director, now overseeing even more.
What’s a tactic you use to unwind and recalibrate in the middle of the day to refocus and lock into your afternoon?
I call a friend, coworker, or client who motivates me. This brief connection helps me unwind, gain a fresh perspective, and refocus for the afternoon.
What’s a go-to tool that makes your life easier from day to day?
Delegating tasks to my husband—haha! Aside from that, I rely on a plain old to-do list to keep things organized and manageable.
What culturally stands out about the CSS PSG team that breeds success?
We’re like a family—a very tenured, family-oriented team. Our great teamwork means everyone motivates and pushes each other to do well. We have amazing leadership on both the sales and recruitment sides, and the people at PSG make work fun!
