Let’s dive into the insights she shares about her experiences, both in and out of the office, as we unravel the layers of her journey at CSS PSG.

Describe your biggest win at CSS Professional Staffing Group.

I think my biggest win at CSS PSG would have to be winning Rookie of the Year!

Describe a difficult situation you’ve been in with a job seeker (challenges the job seeker was facing in their job search) and how you turned that challenge into a win.

One of the most challenging situations I’ve faced was when I worked with a candidate who had been submitted for multiple job openings, but unfortunately, each time the client filled the role before she could be considered. However, we persevered and didn’t give up on finding her a suitable position. To keep her engaged and informed, I kept in touch with her every few days and shared information about new job openings. After a lot of hard work, she landed a temporary CSR position, and she’s now being considered for a permanent role by the team there. The best part of this experience was knowing that we were able to help her find a job where she’s happy and feels like she’s found her forever home.

In what areas have you grown the most professionally at CSS PSG and how have you seen CSS PSG grow as a whole during your time here?

One area where I feel I’ve grown the most during my time here is in client communication. I’m extremely grateful for Brooke, who gave me the chance to take charge of accounts like Holman and communicate directly with clients. Without her trust and confidence, I don’t think I’d be where I am today. Witnessing PSG’s growth over time has been truly inspiring, and I feel like I learn something new every day. Despite the challenges of working remotely, I’ve been able to build meaningful connections with my colleagues and create lasting memories. Above all, I’m amazed by the resilience of our team in the face of adversity. Despite the difficult past few months, we still manage to lift each other’s spirits and find reasons to smile every day.

What’s a tactic you use to unwind and recalibrate in the middle of the day to refocus and lock into your afternoon?

To unwind and recharge, I love spending time playing with my pup, Ella. She’s my constant companion throughout the day, but taking a break from technology to just mess around with her is a great way to recalibrate and get ready for the rest of the afternoon. Playing with Ella always puts a smile on my face and helps me refocus my energy.

What’s a go-to tool (scheduling, writing, organizing, media, etc.) that makes your life easier from day to day (the more obscure, the more interesting!)

It might sound silly, but organization and sticky notes are my go-to tools for everything. I have a system in place that helps me keep track of everything, so I always know where everything is. And when it comes to jotting down my thoughts and ideas, nothing beats a trusty sticky note.

What culturally stands out about the CSS PSG team that breeds success?

One of the cultural aspects at PSG that I believe contributes to our success is the sense of family that we share. Although every family is unique, they always help and motivate each other.

If you could open a CSS headquarters anywhere in the world, where would it be?

Charleston, SC – it’s so pretty there!

A quote to live by and why it matters to you?

“Hard work beats talent, if talent doesn’t work hard.” This was my senior year quote from High School and I live by it everyday.

If you could be a guest on any talk show or podcast, what would it be and why?

To be honest, I don’t typically listen to podcasts or talk shows. However, if I were to be a guest on any show, it would have to be something where I could bring my dog Ella along and talk about her the whole time.

If you could be featured on a song of any musical artist, who would it be and why?

Two Friends! Literally love their music and their songs are always so catchy!

What’s your favorite way to say goodbye (FINAL QUESTION)?

If you’ve ever been to one of my family gatherings, you’d know that we have a unique way of saying goodbye: we sing “So Long, Farewell” from The Sound of Music. The catch is that you can’t sing it alone, someone else has to join in with you.
