Let’s jump into our conversation with Regina!

Describe a difficult situation you’ve been in with a job seeker (challenges the job seeker was facing in their job search) and how you turned that challenge into a win.

I worked with a candidate who struggled with articulating their value in interviews. I helped revamp her resume & coached her on our interview preps, focusing on quantifiable results. She not only got the job but also at higher offer than expected.

In what areas have you grown the most professionally at CSS PSG and how have you seen CSS PSG grow as a whole during your time here?

I’ve grown the most in my ability to build relationships quickly, which has been crucial in starting over and engaging new & previous partnerships. At the same time, I have been impressed with the thorough process and collaboration of my new team.

What’s a tactic you use to unwind and recalibrate in the middle of the day to refocus and lock into your afternoon?

I bring my lunch daily and while eating I jump on to Travel Zoo’s weekly Top 20 to find an exciting new adventures to put on the bucket list.  It helps motivate me and reset my afternoon!

What’s a go-to tool (scheduling, writing, organizing, media, etc.) that makes your life easier from day to day?

I just started using the app NOTION to keep track of my client touchpoints, “To Do List”,  & “Healthy Habit Tracker”…..love all the templates!  It’s a great app to merge personal and business goals into one platform to kick the week off.

What culturally stands out about the CSS PSG team that breeds success?

The culture at CSS is super collaborative.  Everyone genuinely wants to help each other succeed, which creates an environment where we all can have wins.

If you could open up a CSS headquarters anywhere in the world, where would it be.

I’d pick Tuscany. I used to live there, and it the perfect fit for CSS. It’s a vibrant place with rich history & innovation in art and science, and a strong sense of community; qualities that align perfectly with the “people business.” Plus, their leisurely, amazing lunches (and maybe a siesta or two) would attract top talent from around the globe!

A quote to live by and why it matters to you.

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out” I’ve always found this quote valuable in Sales & Leadership with the focus on consistency & professional persistence driving the win.

Your life depends on the correct answer to a general trivia question by a coworker; which of your PSG coworkers would you choose to answer the question?

Cara Ward, even if she did not have the correct answer, she would be able to convince her co-worker that the answer is correct!:)

If given the opportunity, would you go to space? Why or why not?

Yes! The idea of experiencing something so few people have is exciting….love to see the moon up close!

If you could feature on a song of any musical artist, who would it be and why?

My favorite song of all time “Hotel California” by the Eagles. I grew up on the beach in San Francisco and this song always brings me right back to my youth watching the surfers on Ocean Beach playing this song on their Boombox.

What’s your favorite way to say goodbye?

I like to say, ‘Ciao!’ as it means hello & goodbye in Italian, so you are never really saying goodbye!
